Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services:

Dublin Air provides air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance services for domestic, commercial, and industrial clients.
By engaging Dublin Air’s services, clients agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Payment Terms:

Invoices: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Fees: Any overdue payments will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per month until the invoice is paid in full.

Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required before work begins. Details of the deposit and any other payment requirements will be provided in the service quote.

Method of Payment: Accepted methods of payment include bank transfer, credit card, and other specified methods as outlined on the invoice.


3. Retention of Ownership:

Dublin Air retains ownership of all materials, equipment, and installed components until full payment is received.
Should payment not be made within the agreed timeframe, Dublin Air reserves the right to retrieve or disable any unpaid-for equipment.

Clients agree to grant Dublin Air access to their property, if necessary, to reclaim unpaid items in the event of non-payment.


4. Warranty and Service Terms:

All work performed by Dublin Air is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of service, covering parts and labor for issues resulting directly from the original installation.

The warranty is void if work on the equipment is performed by an unauthorized provider.

Maintenance services are excluded from warranty claims unless specifically agreed in the maintenance contract.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Dublin Air will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee.


6. Liability:

Dublin Air is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

We are not responsible for damages caused by factors outside our control, such as power failures, structural defects, or misuse of equipment.


7. Dispute Resolution and Legal Recourse:

In the event of unresolved payment issues, Dublin Air reserves the right to pursue collection measures, including engaging a third-party collections agency or taking legal action.

Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, with jurisdiction in Dublin.

The client is responsible for any legal fees or collection costs incurred due to non-payment.


8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
